There may be a few things wrong at this point. There may be multiple wsock32.dll files, the file may be the wrong size, or it may be in the wrong location.
- If the file is the wrong size rename the file and then extract a new wsock32.dll file.
 - If the file is missing extract a new wsock32.dll file.
 - If there are multiple wsock32.dll files in the Windows\System directory remove all but one of them.
