Checking DNS Numbers in the Properties of the CiNet Icon
Double click on the My Computer icon
Double click on the Dial-Up Networking icon
Right mouse button click on the CiNet icon and select Properties.
Click on the Server Types tab or button.
Under Advanced Options make sure only Enable Software Compression is checked.
Under Allowed Network Protocols make sure only TCP/IP is checked.
Click on TCP/IP Settings.
Make sure "Server assigned IP address" and "Specify name server addresses" are selected.
Primary DNS should be 208.166.208.73
Secondary DNS should be 208.166.208.77
Primary and Secondary WINS should both be 0.0.0.0.
Make sure both "Use IP header compression" and "Use default gateway on remote network" boxes are checked.
If you changed any information in the CiNet icon Properties try to connect again.
