"Internet Explorer is unable to open Internet site ... The
site was not found. Make sure the address is correct and try
again."
Summary: Usually occurs when user is not connected, it is not
avalid web address, or there is a problem with the DNS settings in the
connection icon.
Resolution:
Verify that it is a valid web address.
Make sure they are connected.
In the bottom right hand corner of the screen by the clock there
should be one of two icons if they are connected. It will either look like two
small computers with a line that goes between them, or like a small black box
with lights that flash from red to green.
If they are not connected have them connect with the CiNet icon in the
Dial-Up Networking Window and have them try again.
