FreePPP Not Installed Or Selected (Grey Connect Button In
FreePPP Setup)
Potential Causes:
FreePPP not selected in MacTCP or TCP/IP
- Go to the Apple Menu, Control Panels, Then to MacTCP or TCP/IP
	
 - FreePPP not enabled in Extensions Manager.
	
	- Go to the Apple Menu, Control Panels, then select
	Extensions Manager.
	
 - Enable FreePPP
	
 
 - Other PPP extensions in the Extensions folder.
	
	- Select File, Find from the Main Menu.  Type PPP in the
	box provided.
	
 - If any extensions or preferences are present that do
	not say "FreePPP", drag them to the desktop then select Special, Restart
	from the Main Menu.
	
 
 
 - MacTCP or TCP/IP preferences are corrupt.
	
 - Corrupt Finder Preferences
	
	- Double click the Mac HD, System Folder, Preferences
	folder.  
	
 - Drag the Finder Preferences to the Trash and then select
	Special, Restart from the Main Menu.
	
 
 - "Greg's Buttons"
	
	- Double click the Mac HD, System Folder, Extensionsfolder.  Select 
	View ny Name from the Main Menu and look for "Greg's Buttons" extension.
	
 - If it is present, drag it to the desktop and select
	Special, Restart from the menu bar.
