Under the Configuration tab there should be a Window with the heading
"The following Network components are installed." In this Window the only
necessary things they need to have to connect to CiNet are "Dial-Up
Adaptor" and "TCP/IP". NOTE: Ask them if they are on a Network. If they are the only thing
that you should touch is the Dial-Up Adaptor and any Protocols that are bound
to the Dial-Up Adaptor. You can tell if it is bound to the Dial-Up Adaptor
if after the protocol name it has "=> Dial-Up Adaptor". DO NOT REMOVE ANY NETWORK CARDS OR PROTOCOLS BOUND TO THOSE CARDS!
If there is more then one TCP/IP Protocol bound to the Dial-Up Adaptor
you need to remove all but one of them. This is done by clicking on it once
and clicking on the "Remove" button. Click "OK".
When Prompted to restart the computer click "Yes".
